We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Graduate Consultant who will be responsible for supporting the implementation, customization and providing support for the Dynamics 365 modules. This person will support the daily functional support of the applications for customers.
Assist with consulting – covering all aspects including pre-sales and sales, product demonstrations and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM applications primarily.
Work with the sales and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, participate in client presentations and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary
Document “as is” and “future” in precise and detailed guidance documents
Work with the team to liaise with prospects/customers to understand business needs
Participate in requirements gathering sessions, design specification documents and work with the manager to perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation and documentation.
Writes the documentation of the functional and technical specifications of the project
Research specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations
Assist in configuration and customization of CRM system based on design specifications
Research and assist in the development of test plans and scripts
Research and assist with system and end-to-end testing of the application
Work with the manager during design review sessions with the client to demonstrate completed work and collect adjustments and changes
Research complex Dynamics CRM business cases, propose and assist in the implementation of complete CRM based solutions, third parties and customizations
Assist with setup, setup and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Migrating research data from external systems to Dynamics 365 CRM
Work with the manager to demonstrate expertise in areas of industry interest, contribute to the development of industry solutions
Research and assist with migration from a legacy system to a newer version
Find configurations in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform OOTB functionality to implement business logic and automate business processes.
Assist in the delivery of product training in a classroom or on-site.
Support UAT with business users, capturing and reporting defects to the project to allow for review, required correction, and retesting.

Maintain best practices in all Dynamics 365 projects
Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices and trends
Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or a related field
Must be under the age of 25 at the time of this request
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or other CRM applications.
Knowledge of current business processes, issues and technology related to the operation of sales, marketing and service departments within an organization
